Back pain is one of the most common orthopedic issues we experience. One way to prevent back issues is through exercise, the other through proper bending and lifting technique. Often times injuries happen while bending or lifting improperly during every day activities. This video will help you determine if you move with correct posture and then how to monitor and practice this technique.
