In this live class you will learn what Functional Fitness is and how its different than traditional strength training. You will be instructed in how to perform a variety of exercises that most can incorporate into an existing exercise routine. This will be a hands-on learning class so be ready to experience the exercises during the class. You may need a stretchy resistance band, a weight of at least 5lbs. and a small inflated ball.
