Are you having knee pain or fatigue climbing stairs, trouble getting up or down from the floor, out of a chair or car or simply feel the need to strengthen your legs so you participate in bike rides, long walks or hiking? This class will teach a variety of strength activities that can be done almost anywhere. You may need a chair a stack of books, small stool and/or stairs to complete some of them. This class is not meant to rehabilitate an injury or address long standing pain issues of the hips or knees. Talk to your physical therapist to address any pain issues you may have
