Do you believe it is important for women to strength train but you don't feel confident in getting started? If you are new to strength training or have always had a trainer walk you through everything, then this class is for you. You will learn all the basic concepts like: technique - dos and dont's, how much weight to start with, how many repetitions to do, when to increase the weight and how to engage the core. There will be 6-8 exercises taught using bands and free weights(not machines).
Additional Information
It would be very helpful to have a band - something heavy to wrap it around, or a door attachment, and a few free weights with you so we can practice the exercises together.
