Learn this easy, nutrient dense guacamole. Perfect by itself or as a dip or on top of sandwiches.

2 avocados, peeled and pit removed
1 Tbsp sour cream
1/4 cup diced red onion
1 clove garlic, minced
½ cup diced tomatoes
1 tablespoon minced jalapeño
1 Tsp Worcestershire
1 Tsp Tobasco
1/3 cup chopped cilantro
Juice of 1 lime
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Pita chips, veggies, bread, crackers, etc. for serving
directions:
Peel and add avocados in a bowl and mash with lime juice and sour cream. If the avocado isn’t completely soft you can whip in a food processor until smooth.
Add chopped onion, minced garlic, chopped jalapeño, minced cilantro, diced tomato, Worcestershire and Tabasco in the bowl. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
