This short video introduces 3 core exercises that focus on pelvic stability while keeping your core or "box" from moving.It teaches basic concepts or core engagement when performing these simple but challenging exercises. It is best to have a small pillow under your head when doing the first 2 exercises but not necessary with the third one (bridge).
