Try this quick, simple Salmon recipe made with only 6 ingredients. Made in the Air Fryer in 10 minutes or less!

¼ Cup Coconut Aminos or Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp Monk Fruit or 1 Tbsp Honey
1 Tbsp Lime Juice
1 Tbsp Sambal
1 Tsp oil
4 6 Oz Salmon Filets
Whisk the first 6 ingredients together.
In a ziplock bag and salmon, pour over sauce. Let it marinade for a minimum of 20 minutes, making sure the salmon is completely covered.
Spray the Air fryer basket with cooking spray.
Add your marinated filets to the basket. Cook at 400 degrees for 6-8 minutes depending on the thickness.
When filets are done, squeeze additional lime juice in them and serve immediately.
Serve over rice, quinoa or by itself
