Learn how to make these delicious low carb, high protein cottage cheese wraps! A great gluten free wrap alternative. Use them just as you would any tortilla. They are perfect for on the go lunches!

Ingredients:
3/4 cup fat-free/low-fat cottage cheese
1/4 cup liquid egg whites
1 tablespoon flour
Seasoning of choice-
Smoked Paprika
Dill
Everything But The Bagel Seasoning
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Directions:
Mix and spread evenly onto parchment paper and on a baking sheet. Bake for 30-35 min at 350 or until the top is golden.
Wait till it completely cools to remove it. Add toppings as you would a wrap or tortilla and enjoy!
