Resilient Life Program - On Demand Version.
THIS CLASS IS BEING OFFERED VIA A RECORDED FORMAT FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!
***Class is FREE to Allina Employees if successfully completed. All eight sessions must be completed, and a 1:1 coaching session attended, to avoid being charged for the full class.***
The program includes one free, 60 minute wellbeing coaching session with a certified PGIHH wellbeing coach. Contact PGIHH's LiveWell Center at livewellfitnessce@allina.com or call 612-863-5178 to schedule the appt. Allina employees will receive a free discount code to enroll in this program at no cost.
Resilience is the process of adapting well in the face of significant sources of stress - such as family and relationship problems, serious health problems or workplace and financial stressors. It means "bouncing back" from difficult experiences. Resilience is not a trait that people either have or do not have-we all have aspects of resilience. The behaviors, thoughts and actions that build resilience can be learned and developed in anyone.
