Plantar Fasciitis is a frustrating pain that burdens millions of people every year. This pain, usually felt on the bottom of the heel and sometimes into the inner arch of the foot, can be healed if dealt with quickly and consistently. This problem however can often linger for months. In this session you will learn the causes, prenvention and treatment strategies you can do at home to help this pain diminish or heal.
Be aware that sometimes heel pain can be a more serious issue like fractures, bone spurs or other injuries, so it is always a good idea to check in with your physical therapist or doctor if you get no relief after trying some of these ideas at home.
