Guided Respite Break for Well-being
Everyone needs a break during a busy, challenging workday. Come join us for a 15-minute respite break from 12:30-12:45 PM on Tuesdays. We will explore a variety of guided practices that can help us become present to our lives instead of being tossed about by it. The practices can foster stability and a sense of contentment even in the face of the challenges of the day, which enables us to return to our work with a renewed sense of wellbeing.
