Samahan kami para sa isang sesyon ng Chair Yoga. Ang yoga ay ipinakita upang mapabuti ang pangkalahatang kalusugan kapag regular na ginagawa. Ang Chair yoga ay isang banayad na anyo ng yoga na maaaring gawin ng nakaupo sa isang upuan o nakatayo sa lupa habang ginagamit ang upuan para sa suporta.
