Based on the success of the Bullet Journaling webinar, this three week series is meant to help you explore methods and techniques in bullet journaling, and help you practice a few as well. Meditation is a powerful tool to reduce stress. Even brief meditations have been shown to be effective. Join us for a five minute focus on your breath. Allow yourself to have a brief moment where you think of nothing besides deep, healthful breathing.
