HIIT Training with Bands
Enjoy the benefits of a quick and effective 20 minute HIIT exercise class delivered by veteran fitness instructor, Diane Strand. She will provide options to modify moves, so that all fitness levels may benefit from this session. Be certain to work within your own comfort zone.
