Bullet journaling is a fulfilling way to organize your life, track elements of health and wellness, and commit goals and dreams to paper. It is a creative way to help you evaluate your progress with your priorities. This three week series is meant to help you explore methods in bullet journaling, and help you practice a few as well! Bullet journaling also is useful in improving memory and exercising the mind to keep it strong. The only materials you'll need will be a notebook or pad of paper and a pen/pencil.
