Mindful Eating’s six weeks of learning sessions are available in two formats and this is the ON DEMAND format for individuals who require more flexible access. There is also an online group format, which is a weekly, scheduled series that is instructor-led. Therefore, you must choose and follow through with only one of the formats.
**Mindful Eating Program is FREE for Allina Health Employees with successful completion. All six sessions must be attended to avoid paying the full program fee. • how to be in charge of your eating habits
• tools to tune in to hunger and satisfaction cues
• strategies to manage eating triggers and emotional eating
• how to eat your favorite foods without overeating or guilt
• techniques to change your mindset regarding food and physical
activity
