Bullet journaling is a fulfilling way to organize your life, track elements of health and wellness, and commit goals and dreams to paper. It is a creative way to help you evaluate your progress with your priorities. Each of these three week series are meant to help you explore methods in bullet journaling, and help you practice a few as well! Bullet journaling is also useful in improving memory and exercising the mind to keep it strong. It can help manage stress and create clear paths to goal achievement. It is recommended that each part be taken in order.
