In this webinar, we will discuss stress and how it connects the mind and body and how to best work with your stressors. We will also discuss stigma, which is a pre-judgment before getting to really know the person and the details of their situation. In this webinar we will uncover stigma and how stigma adds to stress and related problems such as anxiety, depression, or other mental health conditions. We also know there can be stigma about things people do to take care of themselves, like getting help from a therapist, meditating or deep breathing. We will practice and connect the importance of Mental Health to these practices.
