2 tbsp Oil, avocado
4 sausage links chopped
3.0 clove garlic
2 Tbsp Coconut Aminos Oil
2 tsp sesame oil
1 Tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
1 Tbsp Hoisin
1 tbsp sesame seeds
¼ Green Onions chopped whites and green parts separate
1 Tbsp fresh grated ginger
1 Tbsp Sriracha
3 Cups Shredded Cabbage
2 Cups Shredded Carrots or 1 mixed bag of coleslaw
In a large hot saute pan add in oil.
Add in the sausage, garlic, ginger and white parts of the green onion. Saute until sausage is cooked.
Add in cabbage and carrots.
Saute for 3 minutes.
Add in coconut aminos, rice wine, sesame oil,and sriracha.
Saute until cabbage is wilted and cooked. Turn off heat and add in sesame seeds and green onion tops. Serve immediately by itself or over rice.
