This is the quickest, easiest, bread alternative. It is perfect for a bf sandwich. Pack it up and your ready for a great start to your morning!

90 Second Bread
¼ Tsp Baking powder
3 Tbsp Almond Flour
1 Tbsp Vegan Unsalted Butter (Miyoko)
¼ Cup Egg Whites
1 Tsp Everything But The Bagel Seasoning
Melt butter for 30 second in small round glass container in microwave.
Remove and whisk in remaining ingredients and any seasoning you would like.
Return to the microwave for 90 seconds. Remove, let cool. Take out of dish and cut. Optional to toast.
Serve as you would an English muffin!
