This class is for those who want to learn the basics of strength training!You will learn where to begin, which exercises to do, how it should feel,and how to progress while using bands. This is a hands-on learning opportunity so please bring your band and door attachment (if you have one) or have something sturdy near you that you can wrap your band around. We will be targeting all muscle groups.
