This class will discuss the appropriate size ball you should be using, how tightly the ball should be blown up and the technique and how to perform and progress up to 18 different exercises.
It is best if you learn alongside the instructor and practice the exercises and proper technique with your own ball, yet it is still beneficial to watch and get a good sense of the right and wrong ways to do an exercise.
