Do you want to start doing some strength exercises at home but are not sure what to do or how to start? In this 40 -45 min class, you will learn exercises that use your body weight and may use common objects around your home to help you strength all the major muscle groups. This class is meant for most people who are new to strength training or are just getting back into it. If you have any injuries or conditions that prevent you from fully participating, please get your doctors okay and be careful with the exercises presented. Modifications to make easier and harder will be demonstrated for some of the exercises.
