Many of us are not strangers to stress, fatigue, and busy schedules. It often means that self-care and proper nutrition are pushed to the side. This can result in eating a sub-par diet, feeling drained and development of potential health risks.
This engaging live course will empower you to reclaim your health and vitality by transforming your relationship with food. You'll learn about mindful eating, an approach that goes beyond the notion of dieting to foster a healthier, more enjoyable, and balanced relationship with food, especially after the holidays, and beyond.
Throughout the course you will discover:
• Strategies to manage emotional eating and other eating triggers
• How to eat your favorite foods without overeating or guilt
• Eating habits for long term vitality and health
• Powerful tips tools you can implement right away
