Challenge your balance while strengthening your hips and core. Most of the exercises require no equipment. having a mirror in front of you can be very helpful for self feedback. This short class is not meant for people who have difficulty balancing on one foot, but all the activities can be modified and you can hold onto something stable while learning them.
