Mindfulness Boosters for the Workday
THIS CLASS IS BEING OFFERED ONLINE ONLY TO ELIGIBLE* PARTICIPANTS. PLEASE NOTE THAT BECAUSE THIS CLASS ENDS AFTER THE 2017 BE FIT DEADLINE, YOU WILL RECEIVE POINTS TOWARD THE 2018 BE FIT PROGRAM INSTEAD.
Practice and equip yourself with eight different mind-body meditation practices and stress-reduction techniques aimed to empower you to manage your stress, anxiety and general wellness. Content will include the following eight 30-minute sessions: meditation, breathing awareness, guided imagery, yoga, mindfulness meditation, body scan meditations, and open awareness. Attendance live (during the scheduled time) at 6 out of 8 sessions is required to earn the Be Fit Well-being Program points for this class.
*Eligible participants are benefits-eligible Allina Health employees and medical-plan enrolled spouses or adult dependents
