Learn how to make these fun cauliflower tots. I great alternative to tator tots. They are lower in carbohydrates and increase your vegetable intake. These make a perfect side to your favorite burger.

2 c cauliflower rice steamed
1 large egg, lightly beaten
2 cups shredded cheese of choice
½ cup almond flour
2 tbsp. freshly chopped green onions
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 Tsp Italian Seasoning
½ Tsp Salt and Black Pepper
In a food processor, pulse steamed cauliflower until riced. Place riced cauliflower on a clean kitchen towel and squeeze to drain water.
If you are using premade riced cauliflower, microwave the cauliflower for 4 minutes. Let cool and then drain.
Transfer cauliflower to a large bowl with beaten egg, shredded cheese, chives, almond flour and seasonings.
Spoon about 1 tablespoon mixture and roll it into a tater-tot shape with your hands.
Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
Working in batches, arrange in basket of air fryer in a single layer and cook at 375° for 10, until tots are golden.
