Rachel is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist practicing as an Integrative Nutritionist with the Penny George Institute for Health and Healing. Prior to this, she held various positions within dietetics, including food service, clinical dietetics and management. She has a Masters degree in Nutrition from the University of Minnesota and specialty training in weight management and food sensitivities. As an nutritionist, Rachel uses "a food as medicine" approach to help people achieve improved health.
Karina DiLuzio is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach with the Penny George Institute for Health and Healing. She enjoys partnering with her clients as they seek sustainable healthy lifestyle changes in a wide variety of health and life balance areas. Karina enjoys the opportunity to blend her background in both tobacco cessation and coaching to assist clients who are pursuing tobacco cessation. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Family Social Science from the University of Minnesota, and is certified as a Tobacco Treatment Specialist by both Mayo Clinic and the National Association for Alcohol and Drug Counselors. She is in her fourteenth year in the health care field, and helped develop the inpatient tobacco program at Allina Health.
