Start your week off with an invigorating group workout that will offer you a variety of formats. The class will alternate sessions of lower body/core, total body- exercise band and upper body/core throughout the six week series. All levels are welcome. Exercise bands will be used in a few of the classes, so please be prepared.

Jeannie is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a bachelor's degree in food and nutrition and corporate fitness from Concordia College. She is also a Certified Health & Wellness Coach through Wellcoaches and has completed the Nutrition and Cancer Course through the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine. Jeannie is a seasoned nutrition practitioner with knowledge and wisdom gained through a variety of career experiences who enjoys helping others make informed food choices since food is medicine and fuel. One way Jeannie shares her passion is by teaching group classes to help others improve their overall health through good nutrition and healthy lifestyle practice. Jeannie is a licensed facilitator for the Am I Hungry? - Mindful Eating program, and she also teaches Take Action Weight Management classes. Jeannie is available for BodyGem metabolism testing and individual nutrition counseling.
Diane is a guest presenter specializing in group exercise instruction. She has been certified by the ACE organization since 1989, and has an exceptional background which has equipped her to teach a wide variety of formats over the past 30 years. She is a master instructor who has provided classes for a number of popular fitness facilities and for private groups. She enjoys teaching classes such as Cardio Kickboxing, TCX, Barbell Strength, Step, Strike, Kettlebells, Kombine, Zumba and Ringside, to name a few. Diane�s classes are extremely popular as they are known for being fun, engaging and easy-to-follow. She enjoys delivering her classes in a manner that anyone, from beginner to intermediate, can attend together. She takes great joy in helping participants achieve their fitness goals in a manner that is enjoyable and rewarding.
