Forgiving ourselves and others can have positive physical and mental effects. But it can be so hard to do! In this course, we will discuss what forgiveness is and what it is not. We will explore what makes it difficult to forgive ourselves and others. Finally, we will share some tips to help us continue on our journey of learning to forgive ourselves and others.

Karina DiLuzio is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach with the Penny George Institute for Health and Healing. She enjoys partnering with her clients as they seek sustainable healthy lifestyle changes in a wide variety of health and life balance areas. Karina enjoys the opportunity to blend her background in both tobacco cessation and coaching to assist clients who are pursuing tobacco cessation. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Family Social Science from the University of Minnesota, and is certified as a Tobacco Treatment Specialist by both Mayo Clinic and the National Association for Alcohol and Drug Counselors. She is in her fourteenth year in the health care field, and helped develop the inpatient tobacco program at Allina Health.

Aaron Unseth is a staff chaplain at Mercy Hospital in Coon Rapids. Aaron especially enjoys learning about how spiritual care and mental health care can work together to promote healing. Aaron has a Masters of Divinity degree and spent 12 years as a parish pastor before stepping into the health-care field.
