Join us for a session of Chair Yoga. Yoga has been shown to improve overall health when practiced regularly. Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that can be done sitting on a chair or standing on the ground while using the chair for support. It is beneficial for people with limited mobility and for those who want to practice yoga at their workplace.

Level: All Levels A martial arts style cardio workout that will help you improve endurance and coordination. Learn proper techniques for punches and kicks in this non- contact class. This workout will challenge your stamina and coordination-- and get your heart racing-- as we layer moves together into kickboxing combos. All levels welcome, no gloves needed.

Level: All Levels This class is a muscle building and conditioning class focusing on high repetitions and light weight. Exercises will utilize a mixture of dumbbells, resistance bands, and body weight to sculpt and define arms, back, legs and glutes. Classes will also contain an intensive abdominal/core component.

Diane is a guest presenter specializing in group exercise instruction. She has been certified by the ACE organization since 1989, and has an exceptional background which has equipped her to teach a wide variety of formats over the past 30 years. She is a master instructor who has provided classes for a number of popular fitness facilities and for private groups. She enjoys teaching classes such as Cardio Kickboxing, TCX, Barbell Strength, Step, Strike, Kettlebells, Kombine, Zumba and Ringside, to name a few. Diane�s classes are extremely popular as they are known for being fun, engaging and easy-to-follow. She enjoys delivering her classes in a manner that anyone, from beginner to intermediate, can attend together. She takes great joy in helping participants achieve their fitness goals in a manner that is enjoyable and rewarding.
