Patty received her bachelor's degree in human performance and fitness from North Dakota State University and participated in the master's degree program in exercise physiology, with an emphasis in cardiac rehabilitation from St. Cloud State University. Patty has clinical experience working with a wide variety of individuals including cardiac rehabilitation patients and individuals with various neurological disorders. She currently assists LiveWell Fitness Center members and Take Action Weight Management Program participants with exercise programming recommendations. Patty is certified as a Stott Pilates instructor. Gail has been with the LiveWell Fitness Center since its inception in 2006. She earned her bachelor's degree in Athletic Training from Gustavus Adolphus College, and a Masters of Physical Therapy degree from St. Catherine University. Gail has 25 years experience in exercise therapy and medical fitness. She enjoys working with a multitude of diverse clients including those recovering from cancer treatment, de-conditioned clients due to inactivity or past illness, those transitioning from clinical therapy to community based exercise, and the generally healthy population.

Sue was a member of the original LiveWell Fitness Center design team and her current role is manager of operations. She is responsible for developing the center's programs and service offerings. Sue has a master's degree in exercise physiology and bachelor's degree in health. Prior to her tenure at LiveWell Fitness Center, Sue was director of member services and the Lifestyles Wellness Center at Flagship Athletic Club in Minneapolis. She has also served on the faculty at West Virginia University and was the manager of its adult wellness program, jointly sponsored by the Exercise Science department and the School of Medicine. She has been employed by medically based groups involving senior wellness and cardiac rehabilitation programming, and has served as a consultant for various corporations, medical organizations, municipalities, elite sports teams, and health and fitness organizations. Sue is a member of the American College of Sports Medicine and has served 2 terms as the Minnesota representative for the Medical Fitness Association.

Kate is trained through the Wellcoaches program and is a nationally board certified health and wellness coach and a certified yoga instructor. Kate has been working in Integrative Health since 1998 when she worked at the Mind/Body Medical Institute in Boston, Massachusetts. Kate also completed programs for holistic cancer coaching and yoga and cancer. As part of respective research studies funded by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the National Institutes of Health, Kate trained hypertensive research subjects in the areas of Mindfulness and the Relaxation Response. Kate has a background in education and yoga, which she has found especially useful in dispersing health and wellness information. Kate brings to her clients a non-judgmental and authentic listening style and a belief that all have the ability to reach their wellness goals. Her specialties include personal growth, finding balance, healthy eating, and stress reduction.
