Ken is a full-time chaplain at Abbott Northwestern Hospital having worked there since 2011. Ken holds a Master of Divinity degree in cross-cultural ministry and is certified through the Association of Professional Chaplains. He also works as an on-call chaplain at Children's Hospitals of Minnesota. Ken teaches a weekly Wellness Class at Abbott in the cardiology unit and conducts bi-monthly Wisdom Legacy Circle sessions at The Waters on 50th Senior Living Community. He has served 25+ years as a pastor in churches in Philadelphia, PA, Upstate NY, New Hope, MN and Northfield, MN. He has suffered through the sudden death of his wife in 1999 and teaches grief recovery from his own experience and through the incorporation of helpful related materials.
Michelle is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach who holds a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and a minor in coaching. Her work experience includes corporate wellness programming, community and clinical coaching, instruction of group fitness classes, personal training and public health work. Michelle enjoys partnering with individuals to help them discover what lifestyle behavioral changes they can adapt or maintain to be their best self. Karina DiLuzio is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach with the Penny George Institute for Health and Healing. She enjoys partnering with her clients as they seek sustainable healthy lifestyle changes in a wide variety of health and life balance areas. Karina enjoys the opportunity to blend her background in both tobacco cessation and coaching to assist clients who are pursuing tobacco cessation. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Family Social Science from the University of Minnesota, and is certified as a Tobacco Treatment Specialist by both Mayo Clinic and the National Association for Alcohol and Drug Counselors. She is in her fourteenth year in the health care field, and helped develop the inpatient tobacco program at Allina Health.
Diane is a Nationally Board certified Health and Wellness Coach, has completed training through Wellcoaches and she has also completed Therapeutic Coach training through the Meta Institute. She brings 14 years of nursing experience including positions in the Emergency Room, Endoscopy and Hospice to her work as a Wellness Coach. This combination of compassionate nursing alongside intuitive coaching enables clients to take an active role in their health and receive meaningful support and accountability to become who they want to be. Special interests include creativity, the role of spirituality in health and assisting caregivers with their own self-care. Diane has also completed a Holistic Cancer and Coaching program. In addition, she is collaborating on a pilot study to provide Wellness Coaching to patients at the Woodbury Penny George Institute for Health and Healing Clinic.
Jeannie is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a bachelor's degree in food and nutrition and corporate fitness from Concordia College. She is also a Certified Health & Wellness Coach through Wellcoaches and has completed the Nutrition and Cancer Course through the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine. Jeannie is a seasoned nutrition practitioner with knowledge and wisdom gained through a variety of career experiences who enjoys helping others make informed food choices since food is medicine and fuel. One way Jeannie shares her passion is by teaching group classes to help others improve their overall health through good nutrition and healthy lifestyle practice. Jeannie is a licensed facilitator for the Am I Hungry? - Mindful Eating program, and she also teaches Take Action Weight Management classes. Jeannie is available for BodyGem metabolism testing and individual nutrition counseling.

She is a certified health and wellness coach through Wellcoaches and the Real Balance Health Coaching program and has a master's degree in health and physical education. Marie's background includes over twenty years of rehabilitative patient care, teaching, and athletic coaching. She specializes in a collaborative journey with her clients to help them discover strengths, purpose, courage and motivation to change. Marie's strength lies within her ability to be authentic with each client and to help them to see possibilities for change. Barb has been providing health and wellness coaching at the Penny George Institute for Health and Healing for two years. She is an integrative health and wellness coach and a registered dietitian nutritionist. Barb has certificates of training in weight management for adults, adolescents and children, as well as advanced training in facilitation. Her past experience includes working in hospitals, clinics and in business. She blends her nutrition experience with coaching principles, offering her clients an integrative approach that focuses on the whole person.
Kate is trained through the Wellcoaches program and is a nationally board certified health and wellness coach and a certified yoga instructor. Kate has been working in Integrative Health since 1998 when she worked at the Mind/Body Medical Institute in Boston, Massachusetts. Kate also completed programs for holistic cancer coaching and yoga and cancer. As part of respective research studies funded by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the National Institutes of Health, Kate trained hypertensive research subjects in the areas of Mindfulness and the Relaxation Response. Kate has a background in education and yoga, which she has found especially useful in dispersing health and wellness information. Kate brings to her clients a non-judgmental and authentic listening style and a belief that all have the ability to reach their wellness goals. She is a certified health and wellness coach through Wellcoaches and holds a master's degree in counseling and human resource development. As a coach, Molly partners with her clients to help them explore what health and wellness means for each individual, and the steps they need to take to reach their goals. With certifications in neuro-linguistic psychology, hypnotherapy and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Molly has a strong understanding of how to help others make behavioral changes. Her specialties include coaching for weight loss, sleep improvement, motivation and mindfulness.
Barbara has been providing health and wellness coaching at the Penny George Institute for Health and Healing since 2007. She is a certified health and wellness coach and has a master's degree in counseling and psychotherapy. Her expertise is helping clients realize their own strengths, abilities and resources which they use to make lifestyle changes. She uses these skills with patients preparing for surgery and clients interested in developing their own personal vision for optimal wellness. Her work touches on a wide variety of life challenges including stress management, life balance, weight loss, fitness and healthy eating.
Mary is a certified health and wellness coach through Wellcoaches and has completed additional professional coaching certifications. Mary also has a master's degree in exercise physiology. With management experience in rehabilitation services, she has a strong interest in helping clients with chronic health conditions; her forte is helping them discover what is possible.
