Rev. Reid Olson, M.Div, is a graduate of Vanderbilt University Divinity School, where he focused his degree on grief, counseling, trauma, psychology, and practical theology. Reid has been with Allina Health for nearly three years, and is currently located as Mercy Hospital - Unity Campus and the Cambridge Medical Center. When he is not on the job, he can most often be found baking bread in the kitchen, painting, doing carpentry, and trying to figure out just what his kitten has gotten into now.
Patty received her bachelor's degree in human performance and fitness from North Dakota State University and participated in the master's degree program in exercise physiology, with an emphasis in cardiac rehabilitation from St. Cloud State University. Patty has clinical experience working with a wide variety of individuals including cardiac rehabilitation patients and individuals with various neurological disorders. She currently assists LiveWell Fitness Center members and Take Action Weight Management Program participants with exercise programming recommendations. Patty is certified as a Stott Pilates instructor. Patty is available for exercise physiology consultations, fitness assessments, personal training appointments and Pilates reformer sessions.
Kate is trained through the Wellcoaches program and is a nationally board certified health and wellness coach and a certified yoga instructor. Kate has been working in Integrative Health since 1998 when she worked at the Mind/Body Medical Institute in Boston, Massachusetts. Kate also completed programs for holistic cancer coaching and yoga and cancer. As part of respective research studies funded by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the National Institutes of Health, Kate trained hypertensive research subjects in the areas of Mindfulness and the Relaxation Response. Kate has a background in education and yoga, which she has found especially useful in dispersing health and wellness information. Kate brings to her clients a non-judgmental and authentic listening style and a belief that all have the ability to reach their wellness goals. Her specialties include personal growth, finding balance, healthy eating, and stress reduction.
Michelle is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach who holds a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and a minor in coaching. Her work experience includes corporate wellness programming, community and clinical coaching, instruction of group fitness classes, personal training and public health work. Michelle enjoys partnering with individuals to help them discover what lifestyle behavioral changes they can adapt or maintain to be their best self. Her specialties include lifestyle and well-being, physical activity, and weight management.
