David wants to live in a world where peace exists for everyone, where donuts and ice cream burn calories, and where kids do their chores without giving excuses or complaining. As a chaplain with ten years of clinical work, he has previous experience at Regions Hospital and North Memorial, and joined Abbott last year after leaving a staff position in Grand Forks. It was in Grand Forks that he received numerous invitations to speak at local businesses, public health meetings, and regional health care conferences on matters of diversity and self-care. When he's not at work, he�s fixing up meals or his house for his wife, dog, and two teenage sons, enjoying the creativity of the Marvel and DC universes, or looking for a quiet place to read or draw. David is a Twin City native who is thrilled to be back home where his extended family still lives. He and his family live near Lake Nokomis.

Kate is trained through the Wellcoaches program and is a nationally board certified health and wellness coach and a certified yoga instructor. Kate has been working in Integrative Health since 1998 when she worked at the Mind/Body Medical Institute in Boston, Massachusetts. Kate also completed programs for holistic cancer coaching and yoga and cancer. As part of respective research studies funded by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the National Institutes of Health, Kate trained hypertensive research subjects in the areas of Mindfulness and the Relaxation Response. Kate has a background in education and yoga, which she has found especially useful in dispersing health and wellness information. Kate brings to her clients a non-judgmental and authentic listening style and a belief that all have the ability to reach their wellness goals. Her specialties include personal growth, finding balance, healthy eating, and stress reduction.

Karina DiLuzio is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach with the Penny George Institute for Health and Healing. She enjoys partnering with her clients as they seek sustainable healthy lifestyle changes in a wide variety of health and life balance areas. Karina enjoys the opportunity to blend her background in both tobacco cessation and coaching to assist clients who are pursuing tobacco cessation. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Family Social Science from the University of Minnesota, and is certified as a Tobacco Treatment Specialist by both Mayo Clinic and the National Association for Alcohol and Drug Counselors. She is in her fourteenth year in the health care field, and helped develop the inpatient tobacco program at Allina Health.

Aaron Unseth is a staff chaplain at Mercy Hospital in Coon Rapids. Aaron especially enjoys learning about how spiritual care and mental health care can work together to promote healing. Aaron has a Masters of Divinity degree and spent 12 years as a parish pastor before stepping into the health-care field.

Rachel is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist practicing as an Integrative Nutritionist with the Penny George Institute for Health and Healing. Prior to this, she held various positions within dietetics, including food service, clinical dietetics and management. She has a Masters degree in Nutrition from the University of Minnesota and specialty training in weight management and food sensitivities. As an nutritionist, Rachel uses "a food as medicine" approach to help people achieve improved health.

Michelle is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach who holds a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and a minor in coaching. Her work experience includes corporate wellness programming, community and clinical coaching, instruction of group fitness classes, personal training and public health work. Michelle enjoys partnering with individuals to help them discover what lifestyle behavioral changes they can adapt or maintain to be their best self. Her specialties include lifestyle and well-being, physical activity, and weight management.
