I am an RN and Yoga instructor, have 3 children 15-25 & 35 and 2 lovely granddaughters, 2 & 6. Love the outdoors and cooking, baking also. Have had some life events that were difficult to handle and my health and choices for myself were not a priority, I have made several Big changes in the last few months and am taking my health and dreams forward, so happy to be in this class and learn, feel supported and offer support
