Description
Attend this 3 week series and learn a different mindfulness technique each week, to help enhance your focus and combat stress. We will discuss and share ways we can implement these into our daily lives. Each technique will be practiced during the 30 minute sessions.
Pre-requisites
To qualify as "completed," participants will need to attend all 3 sessions live.

To achieve maximum value for this coaching series, participation is strongly recommended. Group discussion and weekly self-reflection homework will be a catalyst for personal development.
