HIIT is the ideal workout for a busy schedule--whether you wish to squeeze in a workout during your lunch break, or simply with to get into shape more efficiently. Research shows you can achieve great results in less time while increasing the intensity of your workout with interval training. Studies show similar results for people engaging in a 30 minute HIIT work (3 times per week) as compared to a person jogging on the treadmill for an hour. Join this 45 minute session to get a fun, time efficient full body workout in.

Sue was a member of the original LiveWell Fitness Center design team and her current role is manager of operations. She is responsible for developing the center's programs and service offerings. Sue has a master's degree in exercise physiology and bachelor's degree in health. Prior to her tenure at LiveWell Fitness Center, Sue was director of member services and the Lifestyles Wellness Center at Flagship Athletic Club in Minneapolis. She has also served on the faculty at West Virginia University and was the manager of its adult wellness program, jointly sponsored by the Exercise Science department and the School of Medicine. She has been employed by medically based groups involving senior wellness and cardiac rehabilitation programming, and has served as a consultant for various corporations, medical organizations, municipalities, elite sports teams, and health and fitness organizations. Sue is a member of the American College of Sports Medicine and has served 2 terms as the Minnesota representative for the Medical Fitness Association.
