Description Join us for a session of Chair Yoga. Yoga has been shown to improve overall health when practiced regularly. Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that can be done sitting on a chair or standing on the ground while using the chair for support. It is beneficial for people with limited mobility and for those who want to practice yoga at their workplace.
This mindful eating program is based on the work of Dr. Michelle May, author of Eat What You Love, Love What You Eat. This eight-week workshop is designed to help individuals change their relationship with food forever as they learn to take charge of eating habits and change their mindset towards food and physical activity. Must attend 7 of 8 classes LIVE to avoid paying full class fee and earn well-being points.
