She has been certified by the ACE organization since 1989, and has an exceptional background which has equipped her to teach a wide variety of formats over the past 30 years. She is a master instructor who has provided classes for a number of popular fitness facilities and for private groups. Classes can become overly complicated using all of the latest and greatest exercise equipment. However, the simplicity and effectiveness of resistance bands has created renewed popularity for this equipment, especially as more individuals exercise at home. Bands are very convenient and portable and they can challenge any muscle group or fitness level. Enjoy a 45-minute (stay as long as you can), full body conditioning class that employs resistance bands to sculpt and tone the arms, legs, glutes and core. No muscle will go untouched!

Start your week off with an invigorating group workout that will offer you a variety of formats. The class will alternate sessions of lower body/core, total body- exercise band and upper body/core throughout the six week series. All levels are welcome. Exercise bands will be used in a few of the classes, so please be prepared.

Level: All Levels A martial arts style cardio workout that will help you improve endurance and coordination. Learn proper techniques for punches and kicks in this non- contact class. This workout will challenge your stamina and coordination-- and get your heart racing-- as we layer moves together into kickboxing combos. All levels welcome, no gloves needed.

Level: All Levels This class is a muscle building and conditioning class focusing on high repetitions and light weight. Exercises will utilize a mixture of dumbbells, resistance bands, and body weight to sculpt and define arms, back, legs and glutes. Classes will also contain an intensive abdominal/core component.
