If you struggle to get started, or maintain a healthy plan of action, this class is for you. You will learn strategies to shift your current mindset as it relates to weight management and components of a successful, long term approach which includes nutrition, stress, mindless eating and physical activity. Individuals often join weight loss programs before they are truly ready to begin. This is not a weight loss program, but the opportunity to prepare yourself to successfully engage in a plan and understand the best approach for you. You will participate in three one-hour weekly group sessions and follow up with a personal coaching/nutritionist session to assist in planning your next steps.
