Jeannie is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a bachelor's degree in food and nutrition and corporate fitness from Concordia College. She is also a Certified Health & Wellness Coach through Wellcoaches and has completed the Nutrition and Cancer Course through the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine. Jeannie is a seasoned nutrition practitioner with knowledge and wisdom gained through a variety of career experiences who enjoys helping others make informed food choices since food is medicine and fuel. Take Action Program for Weight Management is a highly successful 12-week program for people who want to lose weight and keep it off. The program combines a personalized fitness profile with a body composition measurement, personal exercise training session, nutrition consultation with a resting metabolism measurement and an integrative health and wellness coaching session. Twelve weekly group sessions cover topics including nutrition, fitness and overall wellness. A comprehensive Take Action manual is provided for ongoing reference.

Prerequisites: There are 4 intake appointments to complete before class begins. These are 1:1 sessions and are included in the package price. 1. Fitness Profile (90 min) 2. Personal Training (60 min) 3. Nutrition consultation with metabolism test (75 min) 4.
