Try this quick, delicious high protein pumpkin smoothie. Perfect for a quick breakfast, snack or after workout treat. This is slightly on the sweet side so if you don’t like things extra sweet omit the maple syrup. It will still be delicious.. promise!

Makes 1 Smoothie
1/2 Frozen Banana
1/4 Cup Pumpkin Purée
1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (I use vegan Garden Of Life)
1 Tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 Cup Almond Milk
1 Tbsp Maple Syrup (omit if you don’t like sweet)
Extra Ice For extra thickness (Optional)
Instructions
1. Add all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Pour in your favorite glass and enjoy!
