15 Large Pitted Dates
15-30 Small Almonds
½ Cup Peanut Butter
1 Cup Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
Start by taking the dates and opening them up.
Smooth a small dollop of peanut butter inside.
Add one to two small almonds in the middle. Close the dates.
Once all the dates are stuffed, melt the chocolate and the coconut oil.
Make a double boiler on the stove with one cup of water in a small pot. Find a small bowl that fits on top and put the chocolate chips and the coconut oil in the bowl. On low heat, melt the chocolate, stirring until the chocolate is smooth.
Dip each date in the chocolate, fully covering the date.
Put on a rack or tray covered in parchment paper.
Sprinkle with sea salt and add to the fridge until the chocolate has hardened.
These will get soft quickly so makes sure and keep them chilled.
