2 cup Vegan Vanilla Yogurt
1/4 cup Honey
1/2 cup Sliced Strawberries
1/2 cup Blackberries
1/4 cup Shredded Coconut
1/4 cup gluten free pretzels chopped
Instructions
Line a rimmed 1/8 baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, whisk together 2 cups vegan yogurt and honey.
Spread the sweetened yogurt mixture on the parchment paper lined baking sheet.
Top with sliced strawberries, pretzels, blackberries, and ¼ shredded coconut.
Freeze until solid (about 2 hours).
Cut into pieces and enjoy!
