Staying motivated with exercise can be a difficult thing, especially when there are so many challenges in going to more public places to work out, such as the gym. This class helps us to look at new perspectives in working out – how to make time, how to change the ways we think about exercise, and how to truly enjoy movement vs dreading a calorie burning session. We should be able to look forward to moving around and being active. There are many ways to move our bodies – no matter what is going on in the outside world.
