Ayurveda is a great partner for modern medicine because it focuses on prevention of disease, offering age-old wisdom to take control of our health and ownership of our own wellbeing. Ayurveda provides us with wellness tools to manage our health so that we can understand how foods, lifestyle choices, and life rhythms affect us. It defines three main constitution types which impact many aspects of our lives and demonstrates how living in tune with our constitution type is beneficial for our wellness.
