Take Action Program for Weight Management is a highly successful 12-week program for people who want to lose weight and keep it off. The program combines a personalized fitness profile with a body composition measurement, personal exercise training session, nutrition consultation with a resting metabolism measurement and an integrative health and wellness coaching session. Twelve weekly group sessions cover topics including nutrition, fitness and overall wellness. A comprehensive Take Action manual is provided for ongoing reference.

** In order for Allina Health employees to receive the program for FREE: a Program Payroll Agreement must be signed prior to class. All individual intake appointments must be attended and 10 of the 12 online classes must be completed. The 4 intake appointments are done in-person at LiveWell Fitness Center, on the Abbott Northwestern Hospital campus. Virtual appointments are available for some appointment types. Appointments must be completed prior to viewing your first weekly class.
