Allina Health invites a limited number of AH employees to participate, free of charge, in a pilot launch of the new BetterYou app.

BetterYou is a motivational app that helps you improve social, physical, and mental health. The app automatically tracks health progress and provides redirection at the opportune moment. BetterYou helps people make healthy choices like going for a walk after sitting at the desk all day, or choosing sleep over checking emails late at night. Incentives are awarded for successful goal completion.
