Take Action Program for Weight Management is a highly successful 12-week program for people who want to lose weight and keep it off. The program combines a personalized fitness profile with a body composition measurement, personal exercise training session, nutrition consultation with a resting metabolism measurement and an integrative health and wellness coaching session. Twelve weekly group sessions cover topics including nutrition, fitness and overall wellness. A comprehensive Take Action manual is provided for ongoing reference. Prerequisites: There are 4 intake appointments to complete before class begins. These are 1:1 in-person sessions and are included in the package price. **Due to the COVID pandemic these appointment will be done via Zoom virtual meeting or phone until further notice** 1. Fitness Profile (60 min) 2. Personal Training (60 min) 3. Nutrition consultation with metabolism test (60 min)**we are not currently doing the metabolism testing** 4. Wellness Coaching (60 min) Additional Information: Registration closes 1 week before class starts. **Allina employees must attend 10 of the 12 online classes LIVE to receive Wellbeing points and get the full discount for the class The 4 intake appointments are done via Zoom virtual meeting or phone.
